100% Martial Arts & Fitness – Event Photography – Ottawa Westin Hotel

Spirits ran high as over 250 martial artists gathered at the beautiful Westin Ottawa Hotel for the 2009 Masters Summit, hosted by 100% Martial Arts & Fitness, on Saturday, December 12, 2009. International Masters taught exciting workshops to eager and bright students from many of Ottawa’s martial arts academies. Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, Goshin Do, Kobudo (traditional weaponry) were among some of the exciting arts shared. Many travelled as far as Toronto to enjoy the day’s events including over 30 Black Belt presentations to those just graduated. Ranging from Junior level Black Belt to 6^th Degree Honourary Black Belt, there is no doubt this year’s 100% Martial Arts highly anticipated Masters Summit was the most memorable.

Maharaja Ball 2009,Westin Hotel-Ottawa Event Photography

The Maharaja’s Ball took place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario. It was an extraordinary evening with delicious food & incredible entertainment. The event also included a silent auction. Guests were able to bid on various pieces of furniture from the regions of India. Jewelry, sculptures, brass work, metal works, silks, paintings, carpets and two autographed “ Gretzky” hockey jerseys were also items available at this silent auction. The proceeds from the event went to the ”Child and Youth Literacy Programs” in the City of Ottawa. Guest included Mayor Larry O’Brien with his wife Colleen McBride, Max Keeping from CTV Ottawa, Steve Madely from CFRA and Stuntman Stu. The event was organized by Nalin Bhargava & Mamta Gautam. Here are highlights’ of this wonderful charity event.

Nat en ville –

Hier soir, je suis aller sur le plateau de Nat en Ville - “un Talk show/magazine régional hebdomadaire en direct. L’explosive Natalie Kahalé et ses chroniqueurs dynamiques jasent des tendances de l’heure, de mode, d’environnement, de psychologie, de santé, d’activités de toutes sortes et bien d’autres sujets encore! Chaque émission, deux chroniqueurs viennent présenter leur reportage en direct à Natalie. Guillaume vient présenter chaque semaine sa chronique Nouveauté musique film et télé dans laquelle on retrouve les sorties CD, DVD et télé série de la semaine. Quant à Marjorie Vallée, elle nous partage ses humeurs dans la chronique Belle-Gueule. Pour chlore l’émission nous rejoignons toute la gang autour de la table de Natalie pour discuter des sujets chauds qui ont marqué la semaine“. – Marc-Antoine Cuerrier
