Well this one does not need a lot of words.., just look at the breathtaking images taken by our candid extraordinaire photographer Joelle Martin and her photographer friend / assistant for the day, Baz kanda . Pamella and Simon got a little bit of rain on their wedding day , but that’s good luck, right ! Ok , so it was pouring… but, that did not stop the photos, the love in the air and the fun. The day started at the Orchard View Wedding & Conference Center in Ottawa for the bridal session and the outdoor ceremony. Then, they made their way downtown Ottawa for photos around the market and the local shops. One of the couple’s favorite picture is the one taken inside the Terence Robert Gallery though the window!. The photo session went extremely well, everyone was very relaxed and Pam & Simon were (as Joelle quoted)…””just wonderful””. The day ended at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport hotel in Ottawa. Here are the highlights of the day!

You know, at this point in wedding photography all you see are these funky off camera flash, fashion style wedding images that every “photographer” seems to do the exactly the same as every other photographer, but your studio (so this means all of you) still produce what I call the most classical, modern, shoot from the hip, what every wedding photographer should be doing photography. You still get the fashion style, off camera flash look but how do you do it? By knowing where your light is and how to use it. Your images are always so clean and sharp and the emotions of your brides and grooms shine through in the images. Don’t ever change your style. Styles and fads come and go in the wedding photography industry, but your style always has the balance of every new style and fad that comes down the pipes.
Joelle, Julie & Guy, you are THE top wedding photographers in Ottawa!!!!!!
