A long, complex story filled with love, tears, and then lots lots more love.
Talia and Jonny met in first year at the University of Ottawa and the tender age of 19. At the time, Talia was a free spirit, with no serious relationships under her belt. Jonny was 20….. and a dude.… It’s safe to say they were both free spirits.
They got to know each other well and soon Jonny broke Talia from her free-spirit spell. She was now in a committed, loving relationship. Whether she like it or not.
Like many young souls in love, there are highs and lows. Fortunately, coming hot off a record low, they uncovered a shared-passion that they weren’t sure they would ever find again … Real, genuine love….and they found their way to each other. Sometimes you have to grow apart in order to grow together.
Just when you thought they couldn’t get any closer, they decided to quit their jobs to travel the world together… When I say together, I mean 24hrs a day, every day for a year and they are more in love than even. After countless adventures together and taking on the world they decided they decided that this was a forever kind of love and Jonny proposed.

We can’t wait to photograph Talia & Jonny’s upcoming rustic wedding this upcoming Saturday. Talia & Jonny’s wedding will be taking place at the Cumberland Museum and on their parent’s beautiful property on the Ottawa River.
