MAJESTIC ELEGANCE – DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Happy one year wedding anniversary to Véronique & Sebastien! We had the wonderful opportunity to photograph their Punta Cana Destination Wedding which took place at the Majestic Elegance Resort . Thanks to the help of the wonderful Julie Thivierge from Wedding in the Tropics, Véronique et Seb’s day turned out flawless!

Veronique & Sebastien also organized an Ottawa Reception at the Camelot Golf course in Cumberland, Ontario to celebrate their union with all their family and friends who couldn’t make it down south.

LAURENCE & MASON’S FAIRMONT CHATEAU LAURIER WEDDING

Mason and Laurence met on campus at Queen’s university. You can find out more about how they met and have a look at their engagement session by “clicking here“. This couple managed to plan their wedding between long hours of residency and studying to become doctors. They got some help from family of course, but, to pull this off you must be very dedicated and organized.

We started the day at the bride’s parents home in Ottawa, then made our way to the Chateau Laurier for some photos of the groom and his groomsmen. The ceremony was held at the National Art center in Ottawa followed by a wedding reception at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. The family, bridal party and couple photos were taken downtown Ottawa. When I think of grace, beauty and elegance, I think of Laurence. She is in every way a true beauty. Mason is a beautiful person inside and out, he is kind, generous and, a true gentlemen. Guy and I had so much fun taking their wedding photos, but, most of all, enjoying their company. We wish them the best of luck with their new careers and life together as newlyweds!

RANA & CHARBEL’S OTTAWA STS. PETER & PAUL CHURCH & CHATEAU LAURIER WEDDING

On a beautiful summer day, we were on our way to Aylmer to start the wedding day photographs with Charbel. His beautiful parent’s house provided the perfect backdrop for the groom’s coverage. Charbel was handsome, cool, and, calm and collected. He was anxious to marry his true love, Rana. On our way to the bride’s home in Ottawa, we felt honored to have been chosen once again as their wedding photographers, but a little sad that Rana was the last of five children to get married in the family. When we arrived and saw Rana, she was so beautiful and radiant; we already knew the photos were going to be amazing.

Our job as photographers is to observe and capture the moments that help the client relive their special day. The stars must have been lined up perfectly for Rana and Charbel that day, because everything was perfect. From the ceremony at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, to the family photos at Kingsview Park, along with the bridal party and couple’s photos downtown Ottawa. Everything was “timed to T”…to be expected after five weddings in the family. The locations for the photos had to match their style, therefore, the Byward market and Chateau Laurier offered the perfect spots to achieve the look desired. Charbel and Rana are kind, smart, beautiful and classy. The” timeless, classic and elegant” style of photography was the best match for them. The wedding reception at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier was nothing short of extraordinary with memorable speeches, live entertainment with dance groups and belly dancers and great food. Melina & Caleb – Muskoka Winter Wedding

Melina and Caleb met at a hunt camp over beers and target shooting. It was an expensive first date resulting in Melina getting Caleb’s truck stuck in the mud and costing him over 1400$ in damages. After this expensive first date, their second date resulted in another incident; this time involving a rock flying off Melina’s tire taking paint off the hood of Caleb’s truck. Love was strong enough to get them back together for a third date. This was 5 years ago.

We are so happy to have been a part of their wedding day. They are amazing, kind, beautiful and funny (as you will see in their photobooth video)… But, most of all , they are generous, so generous they even took the time to bring us our favorite pastries when we were meeting to plan the wedding!

They love their dogs Jovi, Miesha and Bentley. When they have time off, you will often find them at their camp fishing, hanging out in Vegas or enjoying their spontaneous spur of the moment weekend road trips. NEW ZEALAND DESTINATION WEDDING – SAMANTHA & BEN

Photography is a wonderful job. Actually, I don’t think it is a job for us, it’s a way of life… It’s a way of feeling great when the day is done, and, loving what we do, and, being there to capture and immortalize the best moments in your lives. I’m referring of making things happen!

We are very proud of our daughter Joelle. She made a great opportunity happen. While on a trip to New Zealand, she had the opportunity of photographing this lovely couple’s wedding ! What a great way to spend a friday afternoon! . How great is it to travel the world and get to do what we do! Bride & Groom Canada 2014 Cover – Futurs Mariés 2014

We did it again!!!!! Here is a look at the bridal photo session we did in Montreal , Quebec at Château du Vieux Montreal . We had the privilage of working with Stacey Mae Nolan, the Bride & Groom Canada National Manager and her team at ” Futurs Mariés Canada – Bride & Groom Canada” to produce images for their magazine cover and the inside feature.
