This resort was amazing for photo opportunities, from the very on-trend macrame hammocks, to the gorgeous grounds and stylish rooms.
We definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for the perfect mix of modern and tropical with loads of luxury.
What a wonderful wedding in Cabo San Lucas. We love to get away during those cold winter months, especially when we can photograph a wedding. Going to exotic destinations and discovering new beautiful places is so rewarding as a photographer. We are very proud of our daughter Joelle. She made a great opportunity happen. While on a trip to New Zealand, she had the opportunity of photographing this lovely couple’s wedding ! What a great way to spend a friday afternoon! . How great is it to travel the world and get to do what we do! Here is a look at another beautiful destination wedding under the hot sun of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Avery and Jasmin’s wedding day was truly exceptional. The friends, family and hotel staff made their special day magical and everything unfolded without a glitch… (even the exceptional “sprint” from Jeremy, Jasmin’s brother, moments before the ceremony to recover the bride’s wedding vows..LOL). Did I mention we were in one of Punta Cana’s largest hotels, The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, All Inclusive Resort. What a great venue! They had their reception outdoors, on the pool deck, in the middle of the resort. It was so fun to be outdoors, what a great time!
There was a lot of wind that week so we had fun photographing on the beach….When the waves came in, we often got wet…as you can see in the photos below, this gave us great candid photos. What a fun week and a great couple. They made this destination wedding one to remember, especially with the wedding magazine they created to help their guests with all the weekly activities and events. Avery and Jasmin, you are wonderful, generous and lovely couple and it was an honor photographing your special day!

Eric and Cindy are blessed… they have a beautiful daughter, a wonderful group of family and friends and they love each other; their destination wedding in jamaica was a wonderful testament of it all…. We met over 10 years ago when they came to get their photos taken at our old studio on Youville Drive….Then, one day last march, Eric stopped by and said….We are finaly getting married…it will be somewhere in Jamaica, would you like to be our photographers? If the timing is right, we said!…. and lucky us, it was!!!!! The wedding took place at the Grand Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay Jamaica. A beautiful resort with one of the most amazing beach in the area. The ceremony was at the gazebo next to the ocean at 1h00 PM, under a blazing sun (that was not to hot because of the wind). We then explored the resort while photographing the families, wedding party and couple ( and took breaks indoors to cool off a few times..) It is wonderful as photographers to have a connection with our couple and to have complete trust during the photo session. They let us direct and create and were wonderful models! We laughed, talked and had fun while photographing…and finished our photo session on the beach at sunset. You can’t asked for anything better, it was the perfect day.
