Ottawa Fall Family Session
Clients often ask us “when is a good time/age for family photos?” We always tell them “it’s always a good time!” With the beat of life being as hectic as it is these days, families have so much going on that often, taking a moment to capture important milestones may get put on the back burner.
This beautiful family came to us over the fall for their outdoor family session and we enjoyed every moment with them! We are so glad we were able to capture these beautiful family photos before their son sprouts up to six feet tall and refuses to cuddle with his younger sister for a photo. Lol! Because, as we all know, life happens in the blink of an eye !

Studio Lifestyle Family Session
This little cutie is what we now refer to as a “Covid baby”! Yes, he was born during the Covid19 pandemic when lock-downs didn’t allow families to come in with their newborn for baby sessions. By the time the restrictions eased, this little guy no longer fit in our newborn props. His big sister however, had to test our props and managed to squeeze herself in our newborn Moses basket. Although our focus was on him and family photos, this little beauty certainly stole the show! What else are big sisters there for ? 😛

Raising money for the Ottawa Food Bank – Front Step Project
Guess what!!??
Along with your help we surpassed our initial goal of 1500$ and managed to raise 1910$ for the Ottawa Food Bank!
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who booked a porch session with us this past week and made donations!
It was a massive hit and loads of fun for us to photograph you all. We have never done so many shoots in so little time.

OTTAWA WINTER FAMILY SESSION
Here’s a look at a fun outdoor winter session we did with this cute family! Luckily it was a relatively warm day and we had just gotten some fluffy snow that stuck to the pine trees which made for a beautiful backdrop.

Outdoor Family Photography Session at our Estate Studio – The Partridge Family
We love photographing families at our outdoor studio in Cumberland, only 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. We have 1 acre of beautifully landscaped gardens, a pond, a small waterfall and lot’s more. Guy and Julie spend countless hours in the garden planting, relocating, and experimenting with plants to create wonderful backdrops for your next family photo. We also have the best neighbours! You will often find us, especially Joelle, behind their barn or in the field between both our properties. Their land offers countless of more possibilities and they let us use it graciously. A big heartfelt thanks goes to the Partridge family, who are featured on this blog!!!
