Rana & Charbel’s Engagement Portrait Session at a Train Track in Ottawa

Here is a look at Rana and Charbel’s engagement session on location in Ottawa. Joelle and I had so much fun photographing this lovely couple bright and early one saturday morning. We love to photograph couple’s before their big day to get to know them better, find out the style they prefer and especially to have fun and create wonderful images without having to follow a schedule (like on the wedding day). The fun part was driving around trying to find this train track…..and we are so happy we found it because the images are amazing! This is part one of three posts as we went to three locations for their engagement session. Soon I will post part 2 part 3 ( At Dow’s lake boat launch and at the Ottawa Tulip festival). We can’t wait to photograph their wedding this July !!!

Ottawa Outdoor family session at our Cumberland Ottawa Studio

Here is a look at the Ngutete family get together. Summer is a great time for family reunions. We love our outdoor studio in Cumberland for large groups because it is in the shade all day!!! Good bye straight rows of people in a photo, we designed this posing spot with large groups in mind. Our rocks are placed perfectly to achieve different elevations and compositions for groups up to 40 people! Here is a look at a few of their family photos.

Labrie Family – Ottawa Portrait Photography Outdoor Studio

Finaly, the snow has melted. We still have a little bit of ice in our pond but, soon it will be gone. We are getting ready to turn on the waterfall to get the pond ready for our outdoor family photos and weddings. Cindy & Eric – Jamaica Destination Wedding – Grand Bahia Principe

Eric and Cindy are blessed… they have a beautiful daughter, a wonderful group of family and friends and they love each other; their destination wedding in jamaica was a wonderful testament of it all…. We met over 10 years ago when they came to get their photos taken at our old studio on Youville Drive….Then, one day last march, Eric stopped by and said….We are finaly getting married…it will be somewhere in Jamaica, would you like to be our photographers? If the timing is right, we said!…. and lucky us, it was!!!!! The wedding took place at the Grand Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay Jamaica. A beautiful resort with one of the most amazing beach in the area. The ceremony was at the gazebo next to the ocean at 1h00 PM, under a blazing sun (that was not to hot because of the wind). We then explored the resort while photographing the families, wedding party and couple ( and took breaks indoors to cool off a few times..) It is wonderful as photographers to have a connection with our couple and to have complete trust during the photo session. They let us direct and create and were wonderful models! We laughed, talked and had fun while photographing…and finished our photo session on the beach at sunset. You can’t asked for anything better, it was the perfect day.

Thank you to Eric and Cindy for trusting us completely as your destination wedding photographers, and thanks to that, we created some of the most memorable images with you. Enjoy the preview!

Nadia & Marc-Andre – Engagement Photography in Ottawa

Here is a look at Nadia & Marc-Andre’s engagement photography session. We photographed this lovely couple a few weeks before their wedding last september. We used the outdoors theme and Marc-Andre’s motorcycle for a more personal touch.
